Children's Mercy Park is the home stadium for Sporting Kansas City and was officially opened on June 9, 2011. Children's Mercy Park has been the scene of several momentous occasions and is the only stadium to host the MLS All-Star Game, the US Men's National Soccer Team, and the MLS Cup in the same year in 2013.
